1.3 - Evaluation of Kepler Data

150,000 star systems were examined. Statistically, this is a data population large enough to obtain significant numbers for the distribution of solar-like systems. However, only a small section of the sky was examined. In order to be able to transfer the data to the entire galaxy, a prerequisite must be met.

1.3.1 Axiom The data of the Kepler satellite can be transmitted throughout the galaxy.

The Kepler data of Erik Petigura are used in the following paper (chapters 1-7) to develop distribution statistics for habitable planets, in solar-like systems, in the galaxy.
